(International Service Personnel)


An expatriate is a person residing in a country other than that of the person's legal residence. Expatriates may also be considered international service personnel or similar by companies (e.g., GM’s ISP Program) that have dedicated expatriate service programs. Ally will finance Expatriates/ISP subject to the guidelines and program parameters outlined below.

Applicant Guidelines
- Applicants must be employed in an official Expatriate/ISP program with their company
Applicants must reside and work in the United States
Applicant must have an L-1 Visa, E-2 Visa, or H-1B Visa permitting work in the United States
        -A TN (Trade NAFTA) Visa or TN nonimmigrant status (as indicated on a USCIS I-94 form) may be accepted for nonimmigrant applicants working in the U.S., when applicable
Applicants must have a social security number and be compensated in United States
        -“Valid for Work Only” or Valid for Work Only with DHS Authorization are acceptable 

Note: Foreign government employees are not eligible.

Program Parameters
Prime and Non-Prime, Retail and lease transactions
Standard and Incentivized transactions
Contract term should be = ”admit until date” on the USCIS I-94 form, the USCIS I-94 form “admit until date” and passport visa stamp date reflect the length of time the applicant is authorized to be in the United States and are not related to the visa expiration date
Qualified transactions will receive an A tier lease or buy rate unless,
        -Applicants that score an S tier naturally will retain that rate

Eligible vehicles:
New and Used passenger cars and light duty trucks
Commercial transactions are not eligible

Documentation Requirements

The following documentation needs to be verified prior to approval and required to be included with the contract package:
Copy of valid work visa
Copy of valid passport
Copy of the USCIS I-94 form
Copy of U.S. drivers license (maybe used to satisfy Proof of Residence)
Employment, Income, and Residence Verification is required
        -Letter of reference or e-mail from employer, Human Resources or Corporate Immigration department containing the following will satisfy employment and income verification:
                Term of employment in the U.S.
                Compensation
                Position Held
